Shipping Policy

Our Commitment to You

At Dolphys Trinket Lab, every piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. We understand the excitement of receiving your unique treasure, and we are committed to processing and shipping your order safely and efficiently.

1. Processing & Handling Time

Since our jewelry is upcycled and often requires final finishing, quality checks, or specialized packaging, our processing time is separate from the shipping time.

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: If your order includes a custom design or is labeled "Made-to-Order," the processing time will be specified on the product page (usually 7 to 14 business days). This time is needed for the creation of your unique piece.

  • Notification: You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 Business Days

Express Shipping: 2 – 4 Business Days

Free Shipping: 5 – 7 Business Days (FREE For orders over ₹2000)

Note: Delivery estimates are calculated from the day your order is shipped, not the day it is placed. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen logistical issues.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. We hope to expand our availability soon! Please check back later for updates on international shipping options.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • The name of the courier partner Envia.

  • A unique Tracking Number.

  • A direct link to the courier's website where you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving the email.

4. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Delays: If a shipment is significantly delayed (more than 10 days past the estimated delivery date), please contact us so we can personally follow up with the courier.

  • Lost Shipments: A shipment will be considered lost if tracking has not updated for 15 consecutive days. In such a rare event, we will either send you a replacement of equal value (if available) or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and the unique nature of the item.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

  • If an address correction is needed before shipping, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or refused address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
